§ 01 · Termsecommerce.dev
Last updated: 2026-05-17

Terms of service.

By using this site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms. ecommerce.dev is operated by Myriadcore LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. We work primarily with businesses (B2B); these terms reflect that.

§ 02 · What we offerecommerce.dev

Fixed-price tickets and tailored engagements.

We offer four ticket tiers at published prices: Quick Fix ($250), Standard Fix ($450), Complex Fix ($950), and Emergency (2× any tier). Tier scope is described on the pricing page. Each tier corresponds to a category of work; if your problem fits a tier, that's the price.

Engagements that don't fit a tier — multi-week builds, full theme rebuilds, greenfield migrations — are priced fixed per scope, agreed in writing before work begins, with no hourly billing or discovery retainers.

We confirm scope and fit with a short check-in before any engagement starts. If the work isn't a fit, we'll say so.

§ 03 · How tickets and engagements workecommerce.dev

You open a ticket, we confirm, we work.

When you submit a ticket, we'll respond with confirmation of fit, the tier the work lands in, and an expected timeline. Work begins after that confirmation and after payment terms are agreed.

Payment terms for standard tiers are typically due on completion or per agreement at the check-in. Larger engagements may include a deposit, milestones, or final payment on delivery — agreed in writing before work begins.

Emergency tickets carry 2× pricing because they require same-day or off-hours work. Emergency status is confirmed at the check-in, not at submission.

§ 04 · Refunds and disputesecommerce.dev

We stand behind the work.

If we deliver work that doesn't meet the scope agreed at the check-in, we'll fix it at no additional charge. If we can't fix it, we'll refund the affected portion of the engagement.

If you change scope mid-engagement, we'll quote the additional work as a separate ticket or scope adjustment. We don't bill for scope creep without your written agreement.

Disputes are first addressed directly — email hello@ecommerce.dev. If we can't resolve a dispute through direct conversation, Pennsylvania law governs and venue lies in Allegheny County, PA.

§ 05 · What we don't doecommerce.dev

A few honest limits.

We don't guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, traffic, conversion rates). We deliver engineering work to spec; what happens with your business after is shaped by many factors outside our control.

We're not your legal counsel, accountant, or compliance officer. If your engagement touches regulated areas (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR-specific compliance, etc.), that's your responsibility to confirm; we'll work to current best practices.

We don't warrant that third-party services we integrate with (payment gateways, CMS plugins, hosting providers) will behave as documented. We diagnose and fix issues we cause; issues caused by third parties may require a separate scope.

§ 06 · Liabilityecommerce.dev

Standard service-provider terms.

Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We're not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption) except where prohibited by law.

We carry standard professional and general liability insurance. Certificates available on request for engagements that require them.

§ 07 · Confidentialityecommerce.dev

What you tell us stays with us.

Information you share with us in the course of an engagement (credentials, internal data, business context) is treated as confidential. We don't disclose it to third parties without your permission, except as required by law.

We may reference work we've done in case studies on this site (anonymized or named with permission). If you don't want us to reference your engagement publicly, tell us at the check-in.

§ 08 · Changesecommerce.dev

We update this when our practices change.

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be posted with reasonable notice. Continued use of the site or engagement of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
